These Terms of Service govern the use of the website and services provided by Studio Printivo inc.
Services
Studio Printivo inc. provides DTF transfer printing services based on files submitted by customers.
Customer Responsibility
You are fully responsible for the files you submit, including:
- their content;
- their quality;
- compliance with copyright, trademark, and applicable laws.
By submitting files, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations to use them.
By placing an order, you confirm that all files, sizes, spelling, artwork, and specifications have been reviewed and approved prior to submission.
File Requirements
Customers must ensure that submitted files meet the following requirements:
- Accepted format: PNG only;
- Transparent background required;
- Resolution: 300 DPI;
- Minimum line thickness: 0.025 in;
- Files must be prepared at true size (1:1 scale), without resizing or distortion;
- Files must not be mirrored and must be clearly readable;
- Semi-transparent or fading effects are not automatically supported. If required, customers must mention this in the order notes. A white underbase will be applied where necessary.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all files carefully before submission. Studio Printivo inc. prints files exactly as submitted.
Pixelated, low-resolution, distorted, improperly prepared, or incorrectly submitted files may negatively affect print quality. Studio Printivo inc. shall not be responsible for print issues resulting from customer-submitted files.
Print Quality and Color Disclaimer
Printing is performed based on the files provided by the customer.
Files are printed exactly as submitted.
Printing is carried out in CMYK color mode. Exact Pantone color matching cannot be guaranteed.
Printed colors may differ from what appears on screens or monitors due to differences in display settings, materials, inks, and printing processes.
Minor color variations, including variations between repeat orders over time, are normal and are not considered defects.
While Studio Printivo inc. strives to achieve the highest possible color accuracy in DTF printing, slight variations in color shades may occur due to the nature of the printing process.
Refunds and Reprints
Due to the custom nature of printed products, orders are non-refundable once production has started, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or where required by applicable law.
Customers must inspect their orders upon receipt and report any manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery.
Studio Printivo inc. reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies for a reprint, replacement, or refund.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Studio Printivo inc. shall not be liable for:
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
- delivery delays caused by third-party carriers;
- errors made by the customer during the ordering process;
- print issues resulting from improperly prepared, low-quality, or incorrectly submitted files provided by the customer.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
Pricing and Orders
Studio Printivo inc. reserves the right to:
- modify prices without prior notice;
- refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.
Privacy
The collection, use, and protection of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including Loi 25.
