Please note that these timelines refer to when your order leaves our facility in Montreal, Quebec, and not the final delivery date. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier you choose.

📦 If you experience any issues with your order or have any questions, feel free to contact us — we’re here to help promptly. We offer reprints in cases of manufacturing defects, but not for issues related to customer-supplied files. If you encounter peeling problems, we may request that the transfers be returned for testing to determine the cause.

🧵 Preparing Fabric and Transfer
DTF transfers work on cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics. Before applying, make sure the fabric is clean, dry, and flat — wrinkles, dirt, or moisture can affect the result. Pre-press the fabric for 5 seconds to remove moisture. Place the transfer carefully so it doesn’t move during pressing.

🔥 Press Setup and Application
Preheat the heat press to 300–320 °F and set firm pressure. Pressing time is usually 15–20 seconds, depending on fabric thickness and the press model. Do not move the transfer while pressing, and peel the backing off immediately while it’s still hot.
