🔄 Refund & Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products (DTF transfers made from customer-provided files), all sales are final, except in the cases outlined below.

Studio Printivo inc. may review requests for a reprint or refund in the following situations:

manufacturing defect;
error made by Studio Printivo inc. during production.

Any request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order and must include photo or video evidence.

Following review, Studio Printivo inc. will determine, at its sole discretion:

a reprint of the order;
or a full or partial refund.

❗ Important:

By submitting files for printing, you confirm that:

you hold all necessary rights to use the design;
you are responsible for the quality of the files provided (resolution, dimensions, scaling, color profiles).

Studio Printivo inc. is not responsible for print defects resulting from issues in the customer’s files, including but not limited to:

low resolution;
incorrect sizing;
improper color settings.

Minor color variations due to the nature of the printing process are not considered defects.

You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable copyright and trademark laws.
