Buy DTF Transfers Online, Skip Everything Else
Ready-to-press DTF transfers remove every step between your design and a finished garment except the press. Upload artwork, choose a size, order. A full-colour film transfer arrives at your door, with nothing left to do on the production side except apply heat.
Printivo produces custom DTF transfers and gang sheets at our studio in Montreal and ships to decorators, brands, and small businesses across Canada. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern on any business day ship the same day. The process is entirely online. There is no back-and-forth, no quote cycle, no account manager to call. If you are ready to order, you can place the order right now.
Printivo does not produce finished garments. We do not print directly onto fabric. We do not offer heat transfer vinyl (HTV), sublimation transfers, screen-print transfers, embroidery, patches, or UV stickers. Our speciality is DTF transfer film, shipped ready to press, produced to a consistent standard on every order.

Screen printers and embroidery shops outsource full-colour, photographic, and micro-run jobs that do not pencil out in-house. The transfer arrives ready; you press and deliver.

Order one to test a design, five for a limited drop, fifty when it sells. No minimum forces inventory risk on you. Pay for what you need, when you need it.

Short drops, multiple colourways, fast turnaround. Nest a whole collection on one gang sheet, press it yourself on any garment type you carry, and ship within the week without touching a screen.

Anyone Who Owns a Heat Press
If you have a press and a design, you can order. No experience with DTF printing required on your side. We print the film; you apply the heat.

Why Ready-to-Press Beats Printing It Yourself
Running a DTF printer in-house means managing ink systems, RIP software, powder adhesive, and a curing oven. Ready-to-press transfers eliminate every one of those variables. You receive a finished film, produced on our 60 cm DTF printers with Epson i3200 printheads. Here is what that means for your work.
No Equipment Investment, No Consumable Management
All the complexity of the printing process, from colour profiling to powder application to curing temperature, has already been handled before the film ships. Your only job is the press. For decorators who want to add full-colour capacity without capital expenditure, and for brands who want transfers without the overhead of running a printer, ready-to-press is the answer.
Full Colour at Any Quantity
DTF transfers are produced digitally. A one-piece order costs no more to set up than a hundred-piece order. A single-colour logo and a forty-colour photograph are equally straightforward to produce, and you can order a single unit of either without penalty. For decorators and brands who need genuine full colour at small quantities, this is not a compromise. It is the method.
Gang Sheets: One Sheet, Multiple Designs, Lower Cost Per Graphic
A gang sheet is a single large-format film onto which multiple different designs are arranged as efficiently as space allows. You fill the sheet with every graphic you need and pay for the area of film you use, at $0.017 per square inch, starting from $7.48. A decorator managing three small client jobs covers all three in one production run and one shipment. The savings compound as your design count grows.
Same-Day Dispatch, No Back-and-Forth
Place your order before 12:00 PM Eastern on any business day and it ships the same day from our Montreal studio. There is no proof approval cycle, no phone call, no quote to wait on. You upload artwork, configure your order, and check out. We print and dispatch. You track the shipment and plan your pressing schedule around the carrier delivery estimate you chose at checkout.
Durability That Holds Wash After Wash
Printivo uses a process calibrated for durability: the film, inks, adhesive powder, and curing are all tuned for longevity. Pressed at the correct temperature, pressure, and peel timing as described in the instructions included with every order, our transfers are built to resist cracking and peeling when pressed and cared for correctly. The colour holds wash after wash. That is the standard decorators and brands hold their suppliers to, and it is the standard we build to.

Shipping Ready-to-Press Transfers Across Canada
Printivo operates from a single studio in Montreal and ships across Canada. We control dispatch; the carrier controls delivery. There is no local pickup. Build your routine around the noon cutoff and the rest stays simple for every order.
Dispatch: What Printivo Controls
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern on a business day (Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays) ship the same business day from Montreal. Orders placed after noon, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. The cutoff is firm and consistent. For customers in Eastern time, noon Eastern is noon local. For customers in other time zones, the cutoff converts to 9:00 AM Pacific, 10:00 AM Mountain, and 11:00 AM Central.
Delivery: What the Carrier Controls
Once your order leaves our studio, delivery is handled entirely by the carrier you select at checkout. Before you confirm your order, you choose from the available carrier and speed options for your postal code. Each option shows its estimated delivery timeframe and cost. Those estimates are provided by the carrier, not by Printivo. We do not control transit time after dispatch and do not guarantee a delivery date independent of what the carrier states at checkout. The tracking number we send at dispatch lets you follow up with the carrier directly.
No Local Pickup Anywhere in Canada
There is no pickup option. All orders are produced in Montreal and shipped via tracked carrier to your address. If you need transfers in your hands the same day you order, we cannot provide that from any location. For most customers, same-day dispatch from Montreal plus the carrier service selected at checkout fits the production timeline once you build your routine around the noon cutoff.
How It Works: Three Illustrative Scenarios
These are illustrative scenarios, not real customers. They show how the no-minimum and gang-sheet model fits common ready-to-press workflows.
A Small Apparel Brand Launching a Drop
Say a small Canadian apparel brand is planning a 30-piece drop: hoodies in two colourways, each needing a front graphic and a back hit, for a total of four designs. The designer finalizes all four artwork files on a Monday morning and builds a gang sheet nesting all four on a single film. The order goes in before noon and ships from Montreal the same day. At checkout, the brand reviews the carrier options for its postal code, sees the estimate and cost for each, and selects the service that fits the launch schedule. All four designs arrive in one shipment, the founder presses every garment over an afternoon, and the drop goes live on schedule.
A Decorator Handling Three Client Jobs at Once
Imagine a small decorating shop with three client jobs due in the same week: a restaurant uniform update, a rec hockey jersey run, and a corporate event gift. None of the three jobs is large enough to justify screen printing. The decorator builds one gang sheet nesting all three clients’ artwork, places a single order before noon, and gets one dispatched shipment covering all three jobs. At checkout the decorator sees the carrier options for the shop’s postal code, reads the delivery estimate against the client deadlines, and picks the service with the right buffer. One order, three clients covered, no minimum negotiation on any of them.
A First-Time Heat-Press Owner Testing Designs
Or picture someone who just bought their first heat press and has three design ideas they want to test on garments before committing to inventory. They order three individual custom transfers, one per design, before noon on a Wednesday. The order ships the same day from Montreal. At checkout they review the carrier options, see the delivery estimate, and choose the speed that suits them. When the transfers arrive, they press one onto a shirt, test the wash results, see which design lands, and reorder only what sells. No overstock, no setup cost, no minimum forcing them to commit before they know what works.
Ready-to-Press DTF Transfers: Frequently Asked Questions
What does ready to press mean?
Ready to press means the DTF transfer film has already been printed, powdered with adhesive, and cured at our Montreal studio. When it arrives at your door, there is nothing left to do on the production side. You place the transfer face-down on your garment, apply heat and pressure with your heat press for the recommended time, peel the film, and the graphic is bonded to the fabric. The entire printing process is already complete. Your only step is the press itself.
How fast do you dispatch?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern on a business day (Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays) ship the same business day from our Montreal studio. Orders placed after noon, or on weekends or holidays, ship the next business day. The cutoff is firm. We send a tracking number at dispatch so you can follow the shipment directly. Delivery timing from that point is set by the carrier and the service you selected at checkout. Printivo does not control or guarantee a delivery date beyond what the carrier states at checkout.
Do I need a heat press?
Yes. DTF transfers bond to fabric through heat and pressure applied by a heat press. A household iron does not deliver the consistent temperature, even pressure, or controlled dwell time that a heat press does, and results with an iron are unreliable. If you do not own a heat press, a nearby decorator, embroidery shop, or print shop can apply the transfers for you. The transfers themselves are standard and compatible with any quality heat press. We do not sell heat presses, but any reputable commercial or hobbyist press will work.
What temperature and time should I use for pressing?
We include pressing instructions with every order, and those are the parameters to follow because they are calibrated to the specific film and ink system we use. As general guidance, DTF transfers are typically pressed at around 160 to 170 degrees Celsius (320 to 340 degrees Fahrenheit) with medium-to-firm pressure for approximately 10 to 15 seconds, followed by a hot or cold peel depending on the film type. Exact settings vary by material and press, so always follow the instructions included with your order and adjust based on results on your specific press and fabric.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order at Printivo. You can order a single transfer or hundreds at once. The price per transfer decreases as quantity increases, but there is no quantity floor. This is a permanent policy, not a promotional offer. If you want to order one transfer to test a new design before committing to a larger run, you can order exactly one. Gang sheets start from $7.48 and are priced at $0.017 per square inch of film, so the cost scales directly with how much film area you use.
How long do the transfers last?
Printivo DTF transfers are built to resist cracking and peeling when pressed and cared for correctly. Pressed at the right temperature, pressure, and peel timing as described in the instructions included with your order, and washed according to standard garment care guidelines (inside out, gentle cycle, no bleach), the prints hold colour and adhesion wash after wash. Longevity depends on application quality, fabric type, wash temperature, and how the garment is cared for. Correct application is the most significant factor in the outcome.
