Gang sheets are priced by area, starting at $0.016 per square inch. For reference: a 22 by 20 inch sheet is $7.48 and a 22 by 100 inch sheet is $37.40. The more designs you pack onto a larger sheet, the lower your effective cost per transfer.

Yes - that is the point of a gang sheet. You upload multiple designs and they are arranged together on a single sheet. You pay for the total sheet area, not per design, which is how most customers keep their per-print cost down.

We accept PNG files only. Your file must have a transparent background, be at 300 DPI, and be prepared at true size (1:1 scale, no resizing or distortion). Minimum line thickness is 0.025 inches. Do not mirror your artwork - it should be clearly readable as-is.

DTF transfers work on 100% cotton, cotton/polyester blends, polyester, nylon, lycra, and cardboard. No fabric pretreatment is required before pressing.

Pre-press your garment for about 5 seconds to remove moisture. Then press at 300 to 320 degrees F with firm pressure for 15 to 20 seconds - thicker fabrics need the full 20 seconds. Peel the backing off immediately while it is still hot. Our transfers use a hot-peel process, so do not let the sheet cool before removing it.

A heat press is strongly recommended for any production run. It delivers consistent temperature and pressure, which DTF transfers need for reliable adhesion and durability. A regular iron may work for a one-off test but will not give you consistent results across a batch.

Hot peel. Remove the backing immediately after pressing while the transfer is still hot. Do not wait for it to cool - peeling cold can cause the design to lift.

Orders placed before noon ET, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day from our Montreal studio. Orders placed after noon, or on weekends and holidays, go out the next business day. The cutoff is firm and consistent.

Yes - we ship to all provinces and territories. Shipping costs and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout based on your postal code and chosen carrier.

Print quality is guaranteed. If your transfer arrives with a print defect, contact us with a photo of the issue and we will make it right. Reply to your order confirmation email or reach us at info@printivo.ca.

We do not have a separate wholesale tier. Our area-based pricing already rewards larger orders - filling a bigger sheet means more designs at roughly the same cost per square inch, so your effective cost per print drops naturally. There are no order minimums: you can order one transfer or a full batch.

It depends on the size of your individual designs. When you build your gang sheet, designs are arranged to make the most of the space, and you can see the full layout and the sheet cost before you place your order.
